As of January 1, 2010, the Town of Otis, Board of Health will no longer be issueing “one time only installers licenses.” If you would like to install a septic system in the Town of Otis, you must take the BCBOHA Certification Course. For more information regarding that course, please contact Heather at 413-269-0100 ext. 104
