6:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order: The Selectboard meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. Finance meeting called to order at 6:01.
2. Present: Selectboard-Gary Thomas, Larry Southard, & Terry Gould. Town Admin- Brandi Page, Finance Committee- Lyn Jablonski & Jill Moretz, Keith O’Neil, Derek Poirier, Rick Phair and Jim Crandall.
3. Approval of Board Minutes: None
4. 440 Waste Water: Passed at $83,850
5. 422 Highway: Re-passed at $550,000
6. 210 Police: Re-passed at $421,316.80
7. 171 Conservation: Re-passed at $16,300
8. 699 Cultural Council: Re-passed at $5,000
9. 945 Insurance: Re-passed at $130,500
10. 541 Council on Aging: Passed at $55,474
11. 914 Health Insurance: Passed at $283,500
12. Discussion of Waste Water operations. Truck request and tree removal for Highway. Re-open discussion of police salaries and additional officer request. Police COLA set at 5-7%. Discussion of Council on Aging Director request. New position set at 22.00 per hour for 16 hrs. Discussion of Geo reimbursement to Library. The Board approved the reimbursement and will take it out of ARPA funds along with the architect fee. Discussion of Rescue Board and finance document from 2022. Meet again on April 2nd. Meeting on March 28th to be cancelled.
