Select Board/ Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

6:00 p.m.

 

  1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm.

 

  1. Present: Selectboard-Gary Thomas and Larry Southard, Town Admin- Brandi Page, Finance Committee- Lyn Jablonski, Terry Gould and Jill Moretz remotely.

 

  1. Approval of Board Minutes: Joint budget minutes from 2/09, 2/23 and 3/09 were approved as written. Minutes from 2/16 & 3/16 were approved as amended. Finance Committee minutes from 3/02 were approved as written.

 

  • 422 Highway:  Passed at $492,205.37
  • 429 Maintenance: Passed at $468,478.67
  • 192 Town Hall: Re-Passed at $15,038.00
  • 215 Emergency Services: Passed at $262,000.00

 

  1. Discussion of capital expenditures.

 

Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
