1. Call to Order: The Selectboard meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. Finance meeting called to order at 6:01.
2. Present: Selectboard-Gary Thomas and Larry Southard, Town Admin- Brandi Page, Finance Committee- Terry Gould and Lyn Jablonski, Kris McDonough, Chris Bouchard and Rick Phair.
3. Approval of Board Minutes: None
4. 131 Finance: Passed at $2,042.00
132 Reserve Fund: Passed at $13,000.00
150 Office Supplies: Re-passed at $10,000.00
195 Town Report: Re-passed at $2,000.00
291 Emergency Management: Passed at $35,650.00
5. Presentation and discussion of the Police and Fire department budgets. Rick presented quotes for capital request for replacement of air packs.
