Select Board Budget Meeting Minutes

6:00 p.m.
- Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm. Record of the meeting to reflect there was not a quorum of Finance Committee members in attendance. Finance member Gould expressed her personal opinions and member Gray had written in opinions on capital expenses.
- Present: Larry Southard, Gary Thomas, Brandi Page, Terry Gould & Lynn Jablonski.
- Approval of Board Minutes: Joint minutes from 3/24/2022.
- Review of emergency services budget for FY23 and Capital Requests-
- Discussion – Update on status of Library grant. Notification of certified free cash. Discussion of requested capital expenditures. Recommend $382,488.00 free cash expenditures and $250,000 from stabilization move forward to Town Meeting. Discussion of Otis Rescue Squad budget request.
Meeting adjourned at 8:00 pm.
