1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:01 pm.
2. Present: Selectboard-Gary Thomas, Larry Southard and Terry Gould, Town Admin- Brandi Page, Finance Committee- Lyn Jablonski and Jill Moretz.
3. Approval of Board Minutes: None.
• 914 Health Insurance: Passed at $283,397.00
• 195 Printing: Re-passed at $2,500.00
• 151 Legal: Passed at $36,500.00
• 425 Vehicle Maintenance: Passed at $51,700.00
• 155 Technology: Passed at $63,400.00
• 162 Elections: Passed at $17,120.00
4. Beginning discussion about COLAS and salary lines. Boards to review positions and compensation in more detail prior to next meeting.
