1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:05 pm.
2. Present: Selectboard-Gary Thomas and Larry Southard, Town Admin- Brandi Page, Finance Committee- Lyn Jablonski and Terry Gould.
3. Approval of Board Minutes: None.
• 123 Town Manager: Passed at $141,889.88
• 131 Finance: Passed at $2,040.00
• 141 Assessors: Passed at $97,250.00
• 145 Treasurer: Passed at $38,668.16
• 146 Collector: Passed at $73,960.32
• 161 Town Clerk: Passed at $57,739.18
• 171 Conservation: Passed at $16,400.00
• 190 Safety: Passed at $9,500.00
• 433 Health & Sanitation: Passed at $313,266.16
• 440 WWTP: Passed at $76,700.00
• 541 COA: Re-passed at $32,510.00
4. Discussion about expectations for the appointed Treasurer position and impact on the budget. Approved job description, set schedule 10-12 hours weekly and changed to hourly.
