Attendance: Gary Thomas, Terry Gould, Derek Poirier, Brandi Page, Philip Scalise, Jon Kurowski, & Jaynee Williams.
Call to Order: 2:00 PM
Approval of Minutes: None
Paving Bids: Bids were opened and read aloud. The Board reviewed the submissions. Terry made a motion to award the project to Williams Paving as the lowest responsible bidder. Gary seconded, motion passed.
Adjournment: 2:16 PM
