  1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm.

 

  1. Present: Larry Southard, Gary Thomas, Brandi Page, Terry Gould, Jill Moretz, Kris McDonough, Lyn Jablonski, & Shelby Mackery.

 

  1. Approval of Board Minutes:

 

  1. Review of department budgets for FY23-

 

  • 210 Police: Passed at $247,677.11
  • 300 Schools: $2,399,972.00
  • 610 Library: $71,967.81
  • 914 Health Insurance: $287,954.00

 

  1. Discussion – Police staffing and department changes, health insurance rate increases, review of Library 990, and vocational discussion.
