Select Board/ Finance Committee Meeting Minutes

6:00 p.m.
1. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm.
2. Present: Selectboard-Gary Thomas, Larry Southard and Terry Gould, Town Admin- Brandi Page, Finance Committee- Lyn Jablonski and Jill Moretz. Jen Catolane, Dana Pustinger and Eric Kreis.
3. Approval of Board Minutes: None.
• 630 Recreation: Passed at $11,675.00
• 122 Select Board: Re-passed at $21,865
• 135 Accountant: Passed at $24,656.00
• 241 Building Inspector: Passed at $75,425.12
4. Discussion with Recreation and Maintenance. Discussed capital requests with Maintenance.
5. Reviewed paving bids. Motion to award the job to LB Paving Corp as the lowest responsible bidder. Motion passed unanimously.
6. Discussed adding Colonial Life to our supplemental benefits. Motion made to add colonial life. Motion passed unanimously.
7. Discussion of perc witness fees and stipends. Motion to charge $300 for the first three hours and $50 for each additional hour. Motion passed unanimously.
8. Renewal of TA contract. On the table for signatures. No changes.
9. Continued discussion on compensation.
Meeting adjourned at 8:11 pm.
