REC COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

  1. Introductions
  2. Alternate – confirmed that Robin had been sworn in as the alternate.
  3. Review & Approval of Meeting Minutes – minutes from April 28, 2022 meeting approved.
  4. Accounting
    1. FY22 Final – reviewed reports provided, no questions or comments.
    2. FY23 Budget – reviewed reports provided, no questions or comments.
    3. FY23 Revolving – reviewed reports provided, discussed current available balance.
  5. Harmony Hall
    1. Building Access – building closed by the selectboard due to safety issues.
    2. Rec Dept location – no further information at this time. 

Question was brought up if the director is looking to be replaced, will follow up with selectboard and town administrator.

    1. Online Wellness Programs
  1. Inspirations with Viktoria Seavey, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30AM – Viktoria took a break in August, approved continuation of program starting back up in September through December and then discuss continuing longer.
    1. In-Person Classes/Programs – programs are doing well and are well attended (at least 10 participants each week).
  1. Chair Yoga with Connie Wilson, Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00AM
