Pursuant to the Governor’s March 12, 2020 order suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, Sec 18, this meeting is being held via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Every effort is being made to ensure that any member of the public may access the meeting in real time, via technological means. Agendas will be amended to show the link and participation code to access the meeting no sooner than 48 hours before. Recordings and/or draft proceedings of the meeting will be available on our website as soon as possible.
- Introductions.
- Review & approval of Meeting Minutes. Reviewed & approved 3/24/22 minutes. Approved unanimously.
- Accounting. None.
- FY23 Budget Proposal – regular budget & capital expense request. Reviewed Annual Town Meeting Warrant, Article #2. Recreation listed at $62, 746.26, no capital expense. Rec budget proposal was $66,066.18 plus Capital Expense of Town Beach Playground $80K. Finance & Select Boards have requested Rec to get quotes that would be no more than $40K to include everything for the playground – install, excavating, delivery, safety surfacing, equipment, ADA complaint path. Patricia will request additional quotes.
