1. Voice Over Internet Protocol Presentation Mitel

Mitel Representatives, Sam Lalumandier and Kirk Powell presented information about their cloud based system.  Fully cloud based flexibility was stressed, ability to work from anywhere that has internet access. Staff can forward calls, voicemail, text message etc to any location or device. The phone number rings, answers and stores messages in the cloud regardless of location.  Discussed some equipment situations in the town hall, One phone is the base for four of five different committees or boards.  Mitel has a virtual meeting platform that works with their system.  Four different levels of options in phone hardware. Options in user licensing.  Ongoing contracts.  Mitel is on the state contract list.
