Meeting was called to order by Diane Dyer at 9:05.

Regular Meeting – 6:30 PM
Members present: In addition to all the members of the full board, Kathy Bort was also in attendance. Chair Diane Dyer called the meeting to order at 6:26.
- Acknowledgement of in and outgoing Board Members (Walter and Susan B.)
- Approval of April 18, May 9th and May 23rd Minutes
- Approval of April Treasurer’s reports (Walter)
- “Berkshire Bank Authorized Check Signers” – authorized persons
- Director’s Report

FY 2020 Budget – Celeste & Walter
Otis Library Fair: Update from morning meeting and input from the full board
- Revisit and check in on “To Do” list

- MA Libraries Board of Commissioners meeting: Trustee Orientation (Celeste & Diane)
- Library Policy (Celeste)
- Other: A motion was made by Susan E. and seconded by James to move The Board voted to move the meeting time from 6:30 until 7:00 during the summer. The Board voted unanimously to approve this time change.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:40.
