Knox Trail Video – Still searching for more affordable videographer. Jessica will meet with Tom to go over information for script. Geoff will see if he can find anyone who might be more in line with our budget. First we need to decide on the focus and fine tune what audience we hope to appeal to. Jessica will be able to join us on the next zoom meeting after her script meeting with Tom. Celeste advised this would be a valuable fund raising piece. We should also contact Mr. Keller to see if he can be of assistance. Lynne G will assist with videographer search and grants. Diane advised we must have our half of matching funds spent before we can be reimbursed for the other half.

Knox Trail – Tom has completed narrative and description of trail use from Native Indian time to present. Needs to finish physical description and pictures to move forward with designation. Open walk still on schedule for June 27th . Tom is contacting Western MA Hilltown Hikers club to help with the map making. He is hoping they will take the hike on the 27th. Will send us a link their website. Hike will begin at Algerie Road and continue to the Farmington River. Start time is 9am and it will be a 3.5 to 4 mile hike. Bonnie is not sure if she will have time to make the entire walk. She is tracking citations and preparing description to sent out to commission members.

Budget – Knox Trail video. Voted to allow $1500 from Commission in addition to the $1000 from the Cultural Council. Jessica has submitted her bill to the Cultural Council.
