Attendance: Jill Moretz, Heather Gray, Candy Chaffee, Mark Amado
Call to Order: 2:00 PM
Citizens Speak Time
- Mark Amado – Mark spoke about how the town’s people come to him with issues in the town so he attends the meetings as the community leader for the people. The board suggest that other town’s people should come to the meetings with any issues. Mark was wondering how citizens speak time works. Lyn O’Brien the town clerk explained the process to Mark.
Old Business
- Reviewed and signed meeting minutes from August 14th, 2023
New Business
- Approve/Deny MV Abatements
- Motion to approve as presented passes 3-0-0
- Discussed updates for Maps Online GPS. Waiting on quote for GIS. Ryan has a meeting with them on the 14th. Will discuss further next month after quote is received.
