NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Otis Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on MONDAY, April 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM. This will be a Virtual Meeting.
Subject of said hearing will be the application of Brian and Fiona Bruder, for a Zoning By-Law Special Permit under Sec. 3.3.3 of the Otis Zoning by-laws to square off deck across the back of the house to be 13’x 36’, adding deck toward the rear of property.
The lot is listed in the Otis Assessor’s records as Lot 53 on Map 10E; located at
60 Benton Drive, Otis, MA.
