Agenda item #1 – Approve minutes from previous meetings

Michael Ernst made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Jim Kauffman seconded the motion. All in favor
- Minutes – April 1, 2019
Sara Skibski-Hiller made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Jim Kauffman seconded
the motion. All in favor
- Minutes – June 3, 2019
Geoff Geane made a motion to accept the minutes as amended. Jum Kauffman seconded
the motion. All in favor
Agenda item #2 – Receive update from Building Inspector, Larry Gould
Discussion: Larry Gould stated there will be a special permit application from D&J Development, LLC.
Agenda item #3 –Update for the next meeting
Discussion: The next meeting will be Tuesday, September 3, 2019. Currently, there is one application. The deadline is 2 pm August 6, 2019.
Agenda item #4 – Old/New business:
Discussion: Chair Gould received an email from Member Donna Terrill stating that she would be resigning her associate member position effective immediately.
Chairperson Gould was nominated by Geoff Geane to continue to be the Chair for FY202. Jim Kauffman seconded the motion, all in favor. Terry Gould accepted the nomination.
Geoff Geane made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Jim Kauffman seconded the motion, all in favor.
