Select Board Meeting Minutes
October 29, 2018
Meeting called to order at 5:37 p.m. in the Otis Town Hall.
Board of Selectmen Present: Chairman Don Hawley, Gary Thomas
Others Present: Rebecca Stone, Jeremia Pollard
Don made a motion to go into Executive Session at 5:37 p.m. to discuss strategy with respect to potential litigation. Gary seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Don Hawley – aye; Gary Thomas – aye. Motion carried. At 5:37 p.m. the Board of Selectmen entered into Executive Session.
At 6:45 p.m. the Board of Selectmen reconvened in Open session. Don made a motion to adjourn at 6:45 p.m. Gary seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
