Meeting called to order at 5:32 p.m. in the Otis Town Hall.
Board of Selectmen Present: Chairman Don Hawley, Bill Hiller, Gary Thomas
Others Present: Rebecca Stone
Don made a motion to go into Executive Session at 5:32 p.m. to consider the discipline or dismissal of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. Gary seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Don Hawley – aye; Gary Thomas – aye. Bill Hiller recused himself. Motion carried. At 5:32 p.m. the Board of Selectmen entered into Executive Session.
At 6:03 p.m. the Board of Selectmen reconvened in Open session. Don made a motion to adjourn at 6:03 p.m. Gary seconded. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:03 p.m.
