Select Board Meeting Minutes
April 23, 2019
The Select Board Chairman Don Hawley called the meeting to order at 6:02 pm in the Town Hall conference room to conduct interviews for the part-time benefitted position of Selectmen’s Secretary. The meeting was recorded.
Select Board Present: Chairman Don Hawley, Bill Hiller, Gary Thomas
Others Present: Town Administrator Rebecca Stone, Lisa D’Orazio
Interviewees: Michele Pettibone, Nancy Crandall
The Select Board conducted interviews with the following candidates for the part-time benefitted position of Selectmen’s Secretary: Michele Pettibone and Nancy Crandall. Each candidate offered background information, availability, and explained their interest in serving the Otis community. They were both given an overview of what the job entails.
The Select Board will meet again on April 30, 2019 to decide who they would like to hire to fill this opening.
The Select Board meeting was unanimously adjourned at 6:50 p.m.
