Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 7:08 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, and Wendy Peterson
c. Board Members Absent: Kelly Kennedy
d. Others Present: None
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. Motion made by Dana and to approve April 24th meeting minutes, approved by all.
3. Accounting.
a. FY23 Budget balance. Ask Brandi about Bruce’s Hardware and Dresser Hull expenses posted to recreation other classified expense line item.
b. FY23 Revolving balance. No questions.
c. FY24 Budget. Reviewed final budget. No questions.
4. Programs.
a. In-Person Classes/Programs. Discussed conversation Jen had with Connie about classes moving to COA in FY24.
i. Chair Yoga with Connie Wilson, Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00AM
ii. Mat Yoga with Connie Wilson, Saturdays, 9:30AM-10:45AM
b. Other Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. Bike Helmet Safety Event, Saturday May 20th, 10am-1pm. Gave away 5 helmets, 2 families. Discussed donating helmets to the school, will contact the Mrs. Flower at the school.
iii. Self Defense Workshop, Saturday June 17th. Reviewed email from Mark at ZenQuest. Max participants 50, minimum age 8. Need to follow up on email regarding facility. Prepare flyer. Free for Otis residents, $25 for non-Otis residents. Ask Brandi about email address to track attendance.
iv. Performers. No update.
v. Obstacle Course Challenge. Follow up with Lyn and Kelly about two possible dates (7/29 or 8/5).
