Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 6:30 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Kelly Kennedy, Robin Martin, and Wendy Peterson
c. Board Members Absent: None
d. Others Present: None
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. Sept 11th and Oct 16th meeting minutes approved unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY24 Budget balance. Nothing to review.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. Trunk or Treat, Saturday October 28th 6-8pm, recap. At least 200 trick or treaters. Parking signs and trunks signs to separate parking lot. Request trunks to notify us if they have trailers for parking purposes. Adjust the times to start between trick or treat and trunk or treat. One hour and a half trunk.
iii. Floral Design workshop – November 18th 1-3pm
4 participants. Payments have been received. Robin and Kelly will be in attendance with keys.
iv. Gingerbread House, tentatively Saturday December 9th, 11am & 1pm, and 3pm, if needed.
Dana will send an order to Heather for candy. Post sign up link, 20 per session to start. Email flyer to Otis Observer. Wendy and Robin will check cardboard house and platform supply and check graham cracker supply. Show up at 9am Saturday morning before the event. Dana and Wendy will set up Friday morning as well.
v. Otis Ridge Ski Voucher Program – Brandi & Heather will be reaching out to the Ridge, no update.
5. Memos.
a. Town Holiday Party Friday December 8th at 6pm at Knox Trail Inn.
b. Inquire about Tree Lighting Community Event December 2nd posted on town calendar.
6. Old Business.
a. Pickleball – Follow with Joe about getting someone to place the tape on the school floors.
7. New Business. None
