Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 6:10 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, and Wendy Peterson
c. Board Members Absent: Kelly Kennedy
d. Others Present: Joe Dobozynski
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. August 7th meeting minutes approved unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY24 Budget balance. Reviewed, no questions.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. ZenQuest Self Defense class, tentatively September 9th. 10 participants. Think about another class mid to late March.
iii. Trunk or Treat, tentatively Saturday October 28th. We’ll finalize the date at select board meeting Tuesday Sept 12th. Send flyer to Otis Observer. Dana will prepare Amazon order for bags, candy, and glow stick. Suggested times – Trick or Treat 5-6 pm, Trunk or Treat / Haunted Lodge 6-8pm, set up trunks starting at 4pm.
iv. Floral Design workshop – November? No update.
v. Gingerbread House, tentatively Saturday December 9th, 1pm, 3pm, and 11am, if needed. No update.

7. New Business. Joe Dobozynski came to our meeting to discuss pickleball court lines painted here in Otis. 7 people have already contacted Joe about interest in playing. Look into possibly painting lines on skatepark area. Discuss with school about setting up weekly play time.
