1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 6:03 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, and Kelly Kennedy

2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. June 26th meeting minutes approved unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY23 Budget balance. No reports.
b. FY23 Revolving balance. No reports.
c. FY24 Budget balance. No reports.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. Obstacle Course Challenge, Saturday August 5th 9-11, set up Friday August 4th 4pm. Robin and Wendy searched Harmony Hall for obstacle course supplies and moved everything they found to the weight room. Dana will check with Sargent Tammy about donated water bottles from previous event. Dana will check about getting an ice cream truck and hot dog stand for event. Robin will be shopping for additional supplies needed for the event. Jen will request CHP mobile van to attend the event.
iii. Fall events…
– Sep – Jen will contact ZenQuest to set up another self-defense course.
– Oct – tentatively schedule Trunk or Treat event Saturday October 28th – Jen will email selectboard to confirm date.
– Nov – Kelly is looking into setting up floral design workshop.
– Dec – tentatively schedule Gingerbread House event Saturday December 9th, sessions at 1pm and 3pm and 11am if additional sessions needed.
