Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called to order at 6:30
b. Board Members Present: Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, Kelly Kennedy, and Jennifer Catolane
c. Board Members Absent: None
d. Others Present: Joseph Doboszynski
1. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. November and December minutes approved unanimously.
2. Accounting.
a. FY24 Budget balance – Reviewed. Ask about Big Y gingerbread charges not showing up yet. Kelly noted that she is still waiting for an invoice for the Floral Workshop in November.
b. FY25 Budget – Email from Brandi – budget looked good, no questions.
3. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. 13 passes left.
ii. Otis Ridge Ski Voucher Program. Inquired of Brandi “no news.”
iii. Snowman Contest – February Vacation? Receive submissions week of February vacation (19th-23rd) on Facebook and/or our email to be posted on Facebook. Winner will be announced Tuesday February 27th. Winner will receive a family 4 pack to Funz Trampoline Park.
iv. Kids Fitness Class – tentatively Saturday March 2, 10-11am. Tentatively scheduled for March 9th, waiting on response from Soules.
v. Easter Egg Hunt – tentatively Saturday March 30, 10am – rain date? No rain date. Event will be rain or shine. Need to order more eggs and candy. Also need to purchase hot cocoa and cookies/pastries to hand out. Still looking for a volunteer to wear the bunny suit.

5. Old Business.
a. Pickleball update – finished putting tape down for 2 courts at the school. Joe suggested putting an article in the Observer for an open house event to find volunteers and set a regularly scheduled time to use the school. Joe also suggested looking into the need for participants to sign a waiver. We’ll check with the town and school to find out what’s needed. A resident of Otis woodlands has nets we can borrow. We should plan on supplying extra balls.
6. New Business. Surplus old exercise equipment and pool tables in Harmony Hall? Board agrees equipment should be surplused and will discuss with the selectboard at the next meeting.
7. Set the next meeting date. Monday February 26th @ 6:30.
