Notice of Public Hearing
Notice is hereby pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Otis Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 8th, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Otis Town Hall (1 North Main Road, Otis, MA) for the following proposed amendments to the Otis Zoning Bylaw: SHORT TERM RENTAL.
The text of this proposed addition to the Zoning Bylaws is on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected by making arrangements with the Town Clerk. This article will be voted on at the Annual Town Meeting held on May 21, 2024.
All interested parties are invited to attend.
