Planning Board Meeting Minutes
November 14, 2016
Town Hall Inspectors’ Office
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm in the Otis Town Hall Inspectors’ Room. The meeting is recorded and a quorum is present.
Present: Hal Kobrin, Michael Ernst, Jim Carlin, Terry Cook, Rona Knight, Jim Kauffman
Others: Polly Carlin, Bill Hiller, Don Cagenello, Maria Cagenello, John Campetti, John’s associate
Approval of Minutes: The September 12, 2016 minutes were unanimously approved with a correction to the date in the heading – that was stated as Sept. 13 when in fact the meeting was Sept. 12. Rona made the motion to accept and Michael seconded.
Form A ANR for Vine Street, Map 16C Lot 21: Don and Marie Cagenello proposed splitting off three more lots on the westerly side of Vine Street. All three lots have at least 150 feet of road frontage and all are at least 1.01 acres in size. Lot 11A is intended to be conveyed to abutter, lot number to be confirmed by J. Campetti, surveyor with Foresight Land Services. The other two lots (12A & 13A) will be separate. John Campetti paid the fees for the approved three lot split. Hal Kobrin made the motion to accept the Form A ANR, and Terry Cook seconded with the board voting unanimously to accept. Two copies were signed for our records plus the mylar. John Campetti was requested to send an electronic copy of the maps via email.
Other:
Hal’s Document Request: Hal presented a document he authored in 2013 and reiterated that he still couldn’t find the missing documents anywhere. Bill Hiller stated that he thought this had been previously settled. Hal insisted it could not be solved at the meeting. Document identification will be handled at the next meeting.
Michael moved the meeting be adjourned, Jim K. seconded, and the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:30 pm.
