2. Approval of May 8, 2023 minutes
Mark motion to accept, Terry second, all in favor.
3. Election of Board Chair
Terry motion to elect Mark as chair, Barb second, all in favor.
4. Any other business old or new.
-BRPC delegate, Rona nominates Mark for BRPC delegate again, Terry second, all in favor.
-Bring Hal up to date on STR bylaws, draft was sent to selectboard and is on hold.
5. Terry motion to adjourn 7:14 PM. Rona Second. All in favor.
