Planning Board Meeting Minutes
August 12, 2019
Town Hall Inspectors’ Office
Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm in the Otis Town Hall Inspectors’ Room. A quorum is present.
Present: Rona Knight, Robert McMahon, Jim Kaufmann, Hal Kobrin
- Minutes from July 8, 2019. Hal made a motion to pass over until next month
Motion was seconded by Jim, board approved unanimously.
- D&J Development, asked for a continuance until next month. Rona made a motion to continue until September 9, 2019 meeting, Jim seconded and the board voted unanimously to approve.
- Planning Board Clerk: The Board received an application from Dana Pustinger for the Planning Board Clerk position. Rona will send an email to Jen to have her set up an appointment next week with the applicant to interview.
- Rona moved that the meeting be adjourned, Jim seconded, and the meeting was unanimously adjourned at 7:15 pm
