2. Approval of Minutes. Approval of March 11, 2024 Planning Board meeting minutes.
3. Site Plan Review Discussion: 27 N Main Rd
Jim and Zoey Buckley are requesting a site plan review for a retail business at 27 North Main Road, known as Tax Map 10D lot 5 and 6. Specifically, the applicant would like to open a retail store for antiques, furniture, and oddities. The current building has an existing retail space and no changes to the building are currently proposed. There is parking available on lot 5, just north of the existing building.
4. Public Hearing: Short Term Rental Bylaws
The text of this proposed addition to the Zoning Bylaws is on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected by making arrangements with the Town Clerk. This article will be voted on at the Annual Town Meeting held on May 21, 2024.
5. Any other business
This meeting will be held in person at the location provided on this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend. A remote option is offered via zoom with the link provided below.
