Otis Historical Commission meeting March 14, 2018
Called to order at 5:39 pm
Present: Diane Provenz, Sonia Morrison Kobrin, Thomas Garvey and Judi Mabee
Absent: Charles Rosenblum and Lauretta Harris
Accepted minutes of February 6, 2018 meeting
Preliminary engineering report has been received – we are awaiting final report . Any qualified bidders must be bonded
Commission drafted a letter to the Select board to ask when we might know more about the quiet title action necessary for the Town to take title to the St. Paul’s Church property
Discussed what type of form fundraising entities if any should take – i.e 501C3
Next meeting date has been set for March 29th so that we might have updated information from the Town Attorney.
