Otis Council of Aging Board Meeting February 5, 2024
The meeting was called to order at 9:10 am, by Eila Bell. Attending Were Eila Bell, Diane Dyer, Elsi DeVoti, Janice Hawley, Nancy Kris, Kendra Rybacki and Evie Loring.
The treasurer’s report was read and accepted.
The starting balance was 16,325.57. Outgoing payments were
Maine Trip in June 12,390.00
Carpenter’s trip in December 5,265.00
Knox Trail Thanksgiving Lunch 2,280.00
Country Club of Pittsfield Christmas Lunch 3,477.00
Paint and Sip, Kellay Trapp 275.00
Outreach payments 1,120.00
Our current balance now stands at 12,437.57 with the latest 02/01/2024 trips and deposit.
Postal expenses 529.50 in addition to the increase in Footcare expenses 430.00 also have a bearing on our budget.
We continue to deposit for the upcoming day trips planned.
Our January 2024 bank statement should be incoming this week.
