10/11/2016 MINUTES

Location:  Otis Town Hall, One North Main Road, Otis

 

 

Cemetery Commission Members present: Bruce Wall (Chairman), Kristen Brown and Roger Meyer

 

Conservation Commission Members absent: None

 

Staff and others present:  James Crandall, Sexton

 

Opening items:

 

  1. Bruce Wall opened the meeting at 3:00 PM and asked all to turn down their cell phones.
  2. Bruce made a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting, 5/13/2015; RM 2nd the motion and the Commission voted unanimously to approve the minutes from the 5/13/15 meeting.
  3. BW made a motion to accept and process the deed transfer request for Dennis Radford. KB will handle the paperwork and file in the folder.
  4. BW requested a copy of the current budget, and we reviewed expenditures to date. All in order and in agreement.
  5. BW asked if we want to stay flat with the next budget (FY18), and we agreed to remove one and keep the rest flat. We removed the account for Cemetery mapping.
  6. BW asked if any other business, being none, BW called an adjournment to the meeting at 3:39 PM.
