1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called to order at 6:45 pm
b. Board Members Present: Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, and Jennifer Catolane
c. Board Members Absent: Kelly Kennedy

2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. No minutes to review.
3. Accounting.
a. FY24 Budget balance. No questions.
FY25 Budget reviewed and updated.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No updates.
ii. Floral Design workshop – November 18th 1-3pm recap.
5 participants plus the instructor.
Everyone enjoyed the workshop.
iii. Gingerbread House, tentatively Saturday December 9th, 11am and 1pm (3pm, if needed).
Low attendance may be due to late advertising.
Suggestions for next year
– piggyback with tree lighting
– hot cocoa and cookie table
– 1 free house per child instead of household
– bring speaker for holiday music
iv. Otis Ridge Ski Voucher Program – contact Brandi for updates.

a. Pickleball – Jen put Joe in contact with Laurie at the school to set up a visit to the school to look at the gymnasium
7. New Business. Easter Egg Hunt event scheduled for March 30th. Need person for bunny costume.
