1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 6:08 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, and Wendy Peterson
c. Board Members Absent: Kelly Kennedy
d. Others Present: None
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. May 22 minutes approved unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY23 Budget balance. Inquired with Brandi about purchases to Bruce’s Hardware and Dresser Hull expenses posted to recreation other classified expense line item, they were for repairs to picnic tables at the Town Beach.
b. FY23 Revolving balance. No questions.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. Bike Helmet Surplus. No update.
iii. Self Defense Workshop, Saturday June 17th. 10 participants. Event went well.
iv. Performers. No update.
v. Obstacle Course Challenge. Check with Lyn about scheduling Saturday July 29th 9-11. Email 2019 course information to members, prepare flyer, Robin and Wendy will check Harmony Hall for supplies needed.
5. Memos. None.
6. Old Business. None.
7. New Business. Need to update the town website – remove Viktoria, move yoga to COA, and add email address.
Diane Dyer from the library will be using the rec committee’s popcorn machine for the library fair.
