1. Introductions
2. Review and approval of prior meeting minutes – none typed up to approve
3. Accounting
a. FY23 Budget to date – no Halloween expenses on report we have, will follow up with Brandi for updated reports.
b. FY23 Revolving balance – follow up with Brandi on balance in revolving account.
4. Programs
a. Online Wellness Programs
i. Inspirations with Viktoria Seavey, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:30AM – will revisit next month to discuss continuation in 2023
b. In-Person Classes/Programs
i. Chair Yoga with Connie Wilson, Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00AM – no updates
ii. Mat Yoga with Connie Wilson, Saturdays, 9:30AM-10:45AM – no updates
c. Other Programs
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes – many back and forth phone calls in last few days, check was sent to purchase additional jump passes, just waiting to receive the passes. Once we have the passes in hand we will advertising them.
ii. Trunk or Treat, Friday October 28th, 5-7pm recap – Rec Center “Ghost” trunk handed out all 150 bags. 89 kids signed up for the costume contest. 17 trunks were decorated. A friend of Robin’s said he could dress up as Smokey the Bear next year if we give him enough notice. We put cones out do people could park in the ridge parking lot, but no one did. Next year we should have someone directing traffic for parking.
iii. Gingerbread House Event, setup Saturday December 3rd, in person event Sunday December 4th – unable to purchase gingerbread house template already cut, so boxes will need to be cut into house shape, each member took a bunch home to cut. Saturday morning set up at 9am in the kitchen. Set up in the gym after yoga class ends to set up tables. Discuss supply list of house toppings to purchase and how much. We will stop by Harmony Hall after the meeting to check supplies from prior years. We currently have 14 signed up for the event. Deadline date will be extended to Tuesday November 22nd.

iv. Otis Ridge Ski Voucher Program – Jamie from the ridge didn’t create the vouchers for the program, we think Patricia did. We will look for prior year folders at Harmony Hall. Reviewed requirements for residents to request vouchers.
v. Ski Butternut Tubing Vouchers – no updated
vi. Snowman Contest – no updated
5. Community Survey – Survey Monkey subscription is $500 for the year and can’t just sign up monthly. Unfortunately won’t be able to see all 91 of our survey responses since only the first 40 were free.
6. Memos.
a. Intuitive painting paint brushes. Viktoria asked if she could purchase the paint brushes used from the intuitive painting class she’s held in the past. We will first need to see if we can find the brushes at Harmony Hall and if we can find the brushes, we are willing to sell them to Viktoria.

8. New Business. – on Tuesday November 22nd selectboard meeting to be a 5-member committee.
Discuss cleaning out Harmony Hall in the spring/summer and possibly holding a surplus sale of ski and bike helmets left over from prior year events.
