Board Members Present: Bob Rosen, Kathy Carroll, Bill Dyer.
Board Members Absent: None.
Others Present: Patricia Richard, Program Supervisor.
Introductions. None needed.
FY17 Budget submission review. Reviewed information for tonight’s budget meeting with the Select & Finance Boards. Memos will be included to explain the requested transfer of maintenance-like expenses to the Maintenance Department’s (or the appropriate department’s) budget – Town Beach portable toilets, Town Hall Park portable toilets and Town Beach geese deterrent as well a memo regarding the staffing amount not being included as the Commission is requesting a reclassification of Patricia Richard’s current position/responsibilities.

Movie Night Supervisor.
Program Supervisor job description. Reviewed opening statement prepared by Bob Rosen for 3/9/16 meeting with Chris Morris along with a packet for the reclassification.
Old Business. 1. Bob will compile a memo to Chris Morris regarding the deposit of gym fees into our revolving account. 2. Weight room, the Recreation Commission would like to know if the beams have been repaired. If yes, what equipment can be left or what would we be able to use the room for? What is the floor weight constrictions? This will be discussed at tomorrow’s meeting, 3/9/16, with Chris Morris.
