Meeting called by & time: Bob Rosen, 9:43AM.

Board Members Present: Bob Rosen, Kathy Carroll (left at 12:00PM), Bill Dyer.
Board Members Absent: None.
Others Present: Patricia Richard, Program Supervisor.
2015 Town Report submission. Reviewed. Bob will put together a draft for next week’s meeting, 1/27/16.
FY17 Budget.
Reviewed QuickBooks report for FY16 line items.
Discussed possible Goal & Objectives.
Reviewed Staff Evaluation Form, will be completed by Commissioners for next week’s meeting, 1/27/16, to be included with the FY17 budget submission packet to Finance Board & Select Board.
Reviewed job description comparables – Program Supervisor versus Assistant Director as well as the responsibilities/duties3 Patricia Richard is current doing. The Commission does not agree that Patricia’s current responsibilities/duties are reflective of the current assigned job position, they feel this position should be reclassified and would like to recommend this position be reclassified in order for her to continue the current responsibilities/duties. Previous requests were denied by the Finance Board and Select Board, within the last two fiscal years – reclassification and more hours per week . Patricia stated that the Program Supervisor position was assigned to her back in 2013 and was never reviewed with her. She stated the assigned job position does not match what she is currently doing.
Personnel Policy Manuals – the most recent manual (Revised January & March 2014) was distributed along with any attachments/appendices referenced – grade levels and compensation plans.
FY17 draft budget – reviewed all line items. Discussion on the following line items: Town Beach – geese deterrent, portable toilets, swim lesson staff; TH Park — portable toilets; Rec Center — equipment-gym and staff; Programs. Line items will be further discussed at next week’s meeting, 1/27/16.
