Finance Board Meeting Minutes
June 12, 2018
Meeting called to order at 6:37PM at the Otis Town Hall
Present: Michael Ernst, Terry Gould
Motion to accept the Joint Finance and Select Board Minutes of
March 6th, 20th, 26th, 27th 2018 and April 2nd, 3rd, 10th 2018 made by Michael seconded by Terry
Michael was elected as Chair for the FY19
The Towns Expense Report dated June 12, 2018 was discussed and reviewed. Some previous approved funds transfers made at the Town Meeting as well as by the Selectmen were not posted to this report, therefore the accounts of Group Ins/FICA/Disability and Road Machinery Maint. were shown as over spent.
Some other accounts also had small over spent balances as well.
A follow up with the Town Accountant will be done before FY18 year end.
Michael moved the meeting to be adjourned, Terry seconded and the meeting was adjourned at 6:41PM
