Notice is hereby given that the Otis Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public meeting on

Pursuant to the Governor’s March 12, 2020, order suspending and the Governor’s June 16, 2021, order amending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, Sec 18, this meeting is being held via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Every effort is being made to ensure that any member of the public may access the meeting in real time, via technological means. Agendas will be amended to show the link and participation code to access the meeting no sooner than 48 hours before. Recordings and/or draft proceedings of the meeting will be available on our website as soon as possible.

The agenda is as follows:
1. Open Meeting/Introductions
2. Subject of said hearing will be the applications of D&J Development LLC, PO Box 953, East Otis MA 01029:
1) A continuance on an Application for a Special permit under Section 4.3 for a Retail Eating Establishment, at 1368 Reservoir Road, Map ID 16B-3. A seasonal, “Snack Shack” would operate Wednesday through Sunday, 6AM to 4PM on a seasonal basis. This “takeout” eating establishment will utilize shared off street parking with the Marina, located at 1368 Reservoir Road, which has Ninety (90) vehicle parking spaces. Four (4) boat slips will be secured for public access to the “Snack Shack”.
3. Approve Minutes from December 2, 2024.
4. Old Business and New Business/ Items unanticipated by the chair
5. Update from the Building Inspector
