Meeting called to order at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Conference Room and a quorum is present.

Present: Bill Hiller, Larry Gould, Frank Tolopko, George Mabee, Bob Rosen

Approval of Meeting Minutes. The April 4, 2019 meeting minutes were approved.

Broadband Updates. We currently have 993 applicants with 310 connected to date. Installations are complete in Phases 1,2 3 and 5. Sertex will be running strand in Phases 6& 7. Construction of the Hut at the Otis Firehouse continues, and we hope to be done in the next 1-2 weeks.

Broadband Insurance. All information has been submitted to Purma and we are awaiting feedback.

Other Business. Discussions regarding OWL are continuing and we hope to have a path forward soon.
