Attendance: Larry Southard-Chair, Gary Thomas, Terry Gould, Brandi Page & Max Koivisto.
Call to Order: 6:30 PM
Approval of Minutes: Both minutes from 10/25 were approved as written.
Appointments: Larry made a motion to appoint Janice Hawley to the Council on Aging with a term that will expire June 30th, 2023. Gary seconded, motion passed unanimously.
Otis Rescue Squad: Possible continued discussion. Max updated the Board that the Rescue Squad had met with an individual and was further exploring a director position.
Contracting for Snow & Ice: Tabled until the next meeting. Derek, our Highway Superintendent, requested no action be taken yet.
Review & Approval of Warrants: Payroll and vendor warrants are on the table for signature.
Not Anticipated: Larry asked if there was any update on the suggestions for the corner of Algerie and Lee Westfield Road. Brandi stated that the Town does not own the property at the corner.
