Scholarship Committee Meeting Minutes
May 1, 2024
In Attendance: Laurie Nikituk (Chair), Brandi Page, Lyn OBrien
The meeting was called to order at the Otis Town Hall at 9:00 am.
The meeting minutes were approved from December 14, 2023.
The committee voted to accept further applications by May 7.
The committee would like to do more promotion in the Otis Observer and East Otis Facebook Page next January.
The committee voted unanimously to accept the 3 scholarship applications submitted and any additional qualified applications that come in by May 7. The $150 book stipend award will still be in place.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 am.
