Meeting called by & time: Bob Rosen, 1:07PM.

Board Members Present: Bob Rosen, Kathy Carroll, Bill Dyer.
Board Members Absent: None.
Others Present: Patricia Richard, Program Supervisor; Chris Morris, Town Administrator.
Introductions. None needed.
Submission – Reclassification of grade level and salary adjustment: Patricia Richard. Bob read an opening statement, please see attached. Reclassification application & necessary paperwork (as per Chris) was completed and presented to Chris. Chris stated that the Point Factor Rating Worksheet corresponds with the Classification and Compensation System Position Appraisal Manual as well as the Classification & Compensation Grade Level Plan. Chris will review the completed packet and hopes to get back to the Recreation Commission by next Wednesday.
Weight Room. The Recreation Commission had some questions for Chris regarding the status of the room. As per Chris, beams have been repaired. The room is usable for activities. Rec would like to know if certain non-weight lifting equipment can be kept in the room – weight loads will need to be determined by Larry Gould, Building Inspector.
