Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called to order at 6:34 P.M
b. Board Members Present: Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, and Michael Cohen.
c. Board Members Absent: Kelly Kennedy
d. Others Present: None
2. Welcomed Michel to the Committee
3. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. Approved prior 9/24/24 meeting minutes unanimously.
4. Accounting.
a. FY25 Budget balance – Only Trunk or Treat purchases to come out that are not listed on balance sheet
5. Programs/Events.
a. Funz Trampoline Park jump pass – 8 left
b. Pickleball – Nothing to discuss. Explained to Michael where its being held and times.
c. Trunk or Treat – October 26, 6-8 pm. 4 pm set up. Less signups this year- multiple regular people away this year. Ambulance will be there not sure about Fire truck at this point. Trouble getting volunteers to help with haunted lodge. Only 1 sign up through sign up genius. Wendy will have Dave help out. Aimee and Phil MaGovern have agreed to be judges for trunks. Need to think outside the box on how to get more volunteers for next year – start recruiting early. Robin has the decorations for her trunk, she should be there by 4 to start decorating. Brandy is going to have Maintenance bring the patio heaters to the Ridge for us to use during Trunk or Treat.
d. Gingerbread House – Sunday, 12/15/24 11 am. 1 session. Will add 2nd session if 1st session fills up and there is still more interest. Set up Saturday the 14th and 10 am for last minute set up on the 15th. Will have registration sent through the Rec email. Will check Harmony Hall to see what we have left over to use before ordering supplies for this year. We should think about ordering Gingerbread House lawn signs to put up as a reminder to sign up. Dana will email Lyn to reserve Town Hall for these dates.
