Minutes
1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called to order at 6:35 P.M
b. Board Members Present: Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, and Kelly Kennedy.
c. Board Members Absent: None
d. Others Present: None
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. Approved prior 8/28/24 meeting minutes unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY25 Budget balance – Discussed pickleball equipment and snow cone machine from Obstacle Challenge reimbursements.
4. Programs/Events.
a. Funz Trampoline Park jump pass – No update
b. Pickleball – Discussed expansion of skate park that was discussed at selectman’s meeting. Selectman are researching cost to fix skate park and to expand to multi use area including pickleball. Selectman will let us know when they have data to schedule another meeting.
c. Trunk or Treat – October 26, 6-8 pm. 4 pm set up. No Trick or Treat this year. Posting is online on our Facebook page, Dana will ask Lyn to post on the town website. Robin is decorating her car, will have Rec candy handed out from her car. The haunted lodge will be back again this year. Dana will create a sign up genius to get volunteers to help with the haunted lodge. Dana has emailed DOT and received permission to borrow tower light. Dana will have Heather order full size candy bars and decorations for Robin’s car. Registration will be through email to the Rec email again this year – will ask to let us know if they will have a trailer so spaces can be organized appropriately. Dana has emailed Tammy from Otis PD – they will do traffic control and will donate gift cards again for trunk contest. They will also decorate the cruiser. Top 3 prizes this year – need judges. Wendy will call judges from last year to see if they are available. Kelly will order new Trunk or Treat signs – no date so we can try to reuse each year and just change the date with peel and stick numbers.

a. New committee member has been appointed. Dana will email him to introduce ourselves and welcome him.
