1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 6:08 pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, and Kelly Kennedy
c. Board Members Absent: None

2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. July 10th meeting minutes approved unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY23 Budget balance. Reviewed, no questions.
b. FY23 Revolving balance. Reviewed, no questions. Balance as of 6/30/2023 $12,901.70
c. FY24 Budget balance. Reviewed, no questions.
4. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. No update.
ii. Obstacle Course Challenge, Saturday August 5 – recap. Good turnout, about 40 kids participating. Purchase sign for event next year. Event last from about 9-10:30 may adjust time next year. Face painting for next year.
iii. ZenQuest Self Defense class – September 9th. Confirm location with Lyn and time with Mark.
iv. Trunk or Treat, tentatively Saturday October 28th. Date being discussed at selectboard meeting Tuesday August 8th.
v. Floral Design workshop – November, April Beckwith is willing to host this event, Kelly will follow up with April to confirm date and details.
vi. Gingerbread House, tentatively Saturday December 9th, 1pm, 3pm, and 11am, if needed. Will check house and platforms supplies and review candy list of what we couldn’t find locally last year.
