1. Call to order & Introductions. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called to order at 6:40
b. Board Members Present: Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, Wendy Peterson, Kelly Kennedy, and Jennifer Catolane
c. Board Members Absent: None
d. Others Present: None
2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. Approved prior 5/15/2024 meeting minutes unanimously.
3. Accounting.
a. FY24 Budget balance – reviewed, no changes, no questions.
2. Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump pass update. 5 passes left, waiting on followup on payment to get more.
ii. Obstacle Course Challenge – Sunday, August 4, 10 -11am. No update on availability of ice cream truck. Look into purchasing reusable water balloons. Think about a give away item, one thought is a hat.
iii. Pickleball update.
1. Starting June 25th @ Farmington River Elementary School Gym. Tuesday evenings from 6 pm to 8 pm. A representative from the Pickleball Committee will open the building and set up the equipment. Dana will get pickleball equipment purchased by rec committee that Jen will bring to the first evening and store with the nets.
2. Joe Doboszynski has permission from the school to tape lines on the basketball court behind the school and is asking that if there is enough interest maybe the Parks and Recreation Committee can purchase a lock box so the nets that have been made available can be readily used outside with people who sign up. A combination lock would be put on the box and the combination given to the signed up players. The recreation committee will research the cost of a lock box.

4. Old Business.
a. Megaphone and percolator order – holding off on megaphone until we know which basketball hoop to order. Not ordering a percolator, there are some in town hall that the committee can use.
b. Town Hall basketball hoop – reviewed options, Dana will let Heather know which one to order.
5. New Business.
a. New committee member suggestions? We’ll ask Lyn to post that we’re looking for a new member.
6. Set the next meeting date. Wednesday, July 10th 6:30 pm.
