1. Call to order & Introductions.
a. Meeting called by Jennifer Catolane at 7:09pm
b. Board Members Present: Jennifer Catolane, Dana Pustinger, Robin Martin, and Wendy Peterson

2. Review and approval of prior meeting(s) minutes. March 16, 2023 minutes approved.
3. Accounting.
a. FY23 Budget balance. Reviewed, no questions.
b. FY23 Revolving balance. No balance update.
4. FY24 Budget Proposal. No updated.
5. Programs.
a. In-Person Classes/Programs. No updates.
i. Chair Yoga with Connie Wilson, Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00AM
ii. Mat Yoga with Connie Wilson, Saturdays, 9:30AM-10:45AM
b. Other Programs/Events.
i. Funz Trampoline Park jump passes. Post Facebook blast of available passes.
ii. Easter Egg Hunt, Saturday April 1st 10am. 35-40 participants, 108 bags filled. We’ll have plenty of of bags filled for next year, we’ll need to buy more eggs.
iii. Bike helmet surplus. Discuss holding bike safety event with police department.
iv. FRES PTA Screen Free Week Bingo, Monday May 1st 5-7pm. Jen & Wendy will attend the event to help call bingo and run popcorn machine.
v. Workshops. Self Defense tentatively Saturday June 24th. Need to follow up with instructor about max number of participants and minimum age limit for the class. Discuss opening up for residents outside of Otis for a $25 fee.
vi. Performers. Discuss ideas for types performers we’d like see this summer, July/August. Juggler, jump roper, bubbles, will have to start calling around to see who will be available.
vii. Obstacle Course Challenge. Discuss event details with new members. Discuss tentative dates for summer event (July 29th or August 5th or 12th).
